  • If the cancellation request is made before work has started, a full refund may be applicable (subject to deduction of any processing fees).
  • If the project is in progress, a partial refund may be considered based on the work completed. Any costs incurred for project planning, design, or development will be deducted.
  • If the project is near completion or completed, cancellation is not allowed, and no refund will be issued.

Cancellation of Digital Marketing & Advertising Services

  • Digital marketing services, including SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and lead generation, involve pre-planned strategies and budget allocations.
  • Cancellation requests must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
  • If cancellation is requested after an ad campaign has been launched, refunds will not be possible for the budget already spent on ads. However, future campaigns may be paused.

Cancellation of Graphic Designing & Branding Services

  • If a cancellation request is made before design work begins, a full refund is possible.
  • Once design drafts have been shared, only a partial refund may be provided, based on the work completed.
  • If the final designs have been delivered, no cancellation or refund is possible.

Cancellation of IoT Development & 3D Hologram Services

  • Due to the customized nature of these services, cancellations are not permitted once the project has started.
  • If cancellation is necessary, any upfront payments will be non-refundable, as they cover research, hardware, and initial setup costs.
