- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method.
Refund Eligibility for Our Services
A. Website, Software, and Mobile App Development Services
- Full Refund: If cancellation is requested before the project begins.
- Partial Refund: If work has started but is not yet completed (deductions will be based on completed work).
- No Refund: If the project is fully completed and delivered as per the agreed specifications.
B. Digital Marketing & Advertising Services
- Full Refund: If the cancellation request is made before campaign execution.
- Partial Refund: If work has started, but campaigns are not fully launched (deductions apply for ad budget used and strategy planning).
- No Refund: If the campaign is live, ad spend has been utilized, or services like SEO, content creation, or social media marketing have been executed.
C. Graphic Designing & Branding Services
- Full Refund: If no work has started.
- Partial Refund: If initial design drafts have been shared (excluding design costs).
- No Refund: If final designs have been delivered or client-approved revisions have been completed.
D. IoT Development & 3D Hologram Services
- Due to the highly customized nature of IoT and 3D hologram projects, refunds are not available once the project has started.
- Any incurred costs for research, materials, or development will be deducted in the case of an exceptional refund.

Chargeback & Dispute Policy

- Fraudulent chargebacks will be considered a violation of our terms, and legal action may be pursued if necessary.
